  • Some products may require additional handling time if sourced from multiple warehouses.

Delivery Time

📌 India-Based Suppliers (Roposo, Local Warehouses)

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days.

🌍 International Suppliers (China Warehouses – Future Possibility)

For certain products, shipping may take 10–20 business days.
If your order contains both India & international items, they may arrive separately.

Note: Delivery may take longer due to courier delays, high demand, festivals, or unforeseen logistics issues.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders (Online/Razorpay): Free shipping

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Free shipping

  • No minimum order value required.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via email/SMS

  • Updates regarding order status
    Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse locations.

Shipping Coverage

We deliver across India.
Remote locations or non-serviceable pin codes may experience additional delays.

Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

If the customer enters an incorrect/incomplete address, or if the courier fails to deliver due to customer unavailability, reattempts or reshipping charges may apply.
