Return Window

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Eligible

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged product received

  • Defective product

  • Product not as described

Not Eligible

  • Personal & body-care items

  • Hygiene products

  • Undergarments

  • Baby care items

  • Consumables / food items

  • Innerwear / socks

  • Electronic accessories

  • Used, washed, or damaged products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items

  • Accessories with hygiene risk

Note: Final decision is based on quality check after the product is received.


Return Shipping Charges

As per your selection A1:

  • Customer must pay the return shipping fee (₹70–₹100 depending on courier).

  • Return pickup is arranged by us, and charges are deducted from the refund OR payable during pickup.

  • If the item was damaged/wrong: Return shipping is FREE.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only when:

  • The product is unused

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Passes quality inspection

Refund modes:

  • Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method

  • COD orders → Refunded via bank account / UPI

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after QC approval.


Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we offer FREE replacement without any extra charges.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.


Important Notes

  • For international shipments (future products), return shipping may not be available due to high logistics costs.

  • If customer provides wrong address or refuses COD delivery repeatedly, future orders may be restricted
