Return Shipping Charges
As per your selection A1:

Customer must pay the return shipping fee (₹70–₹100 depending on courier).

Return pickup is arranged by us, and charges are deducted from the refund OR payable during pickup.

If the item was damaged/wrong: Return shipping is FREE.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only when:

The product is unused
-
Returned in original packaging
-
Passes quality inspection
Refund modes:

Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method
-
COD orders → Refunded via bank account / UPI
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after QC approval.
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we offer FREE replacement without any extra charges.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
Important Notes

For international shipments (future products), return shipping may not be available due to high logistics costs.

If customer provides wrong address or refuses COD delivery repeatedly, future orders may be restricted
